Dear RLA

I have a tenant who is causing Anti Social Behaviour problems which have been reported to me by a Housing association officer and Oldham Council ASB officer. Despite warnings to the tenant the matter is persisting. She has also recently started to fall behind in rent and is blaming the universal credit system. I think it is time to say enough is enough and get rid.. Please can you advise the best and least costly method. she is currently on a periodic RLA format AST. she has been in the property about two years.

Thanks again for your time.

Kind regards
