Hi,
we are managing couple of buildings with following Specs and need some clarification

  1. the building consist of ground floor commercial and upper parts converted into 3 2bed room self contained flats
  2. each flat is then occupied by 2 persons on joint tenancy but they are from 2 different house hold
  3. the property is Located in London (NW post code )
  4. we assume that some of occupier brought their partners as well
  5. so do we require HMO license under new scheme
  6. if yes will it be for whole building or individual flats
