I issued a section 8 notice on grounds 10, 11, 12, 14 on the 21st Oct giving the very problematic tenants 2 weeks to vacate. Today 18th December they are still in the property but are now more than 2 months in rent arrears.
Do i I have to issue a new section 8 notice with ground 8 sited and wait two weeks before starting court action. Or can I add it to the original section 8 notice ( notice period expired )and start court proceedings ( accelerated procedure ) immediately.
Regards
