Here's an interesting and tricky one for you.

I seem to have acquired an 'escort' as a tenant. She advertises companionship though says that she 'enjoys' a number of sex acts. There is a naked picture of her on the web site and the implications are obvious. But, she maintains this is not illegal. She's the only person living in a two bed flat, so this is likely not to be classed as a brothel.

The building has concierge who have complained about thenumber of 'visitors' she has.

Does anyone have any experience of evicting this type of tennant?

The only thing I have managed to come up with is the fact that she's using the flat for business which is against the lease.
