I have using the DPS scheme for years and put dozens of deposits through it. For the first time, I am going through the arbitration process. All evidence was submitted by 22 Feb 2019 and the target for judgement was a month later. After a few weeks I noticed the status of the case was set to "awaiting evidence". I've now called them twice to have that updated as the case has all the evidence and is just awaiting judgement. The status hasn't changed and target date for judgement is now late April for judgement. Cynically, an examination of the status of my case, shows the delay is down to the landlord or tenant not submitting evidence. Which isn't the case. Anyone else having trouble with delays with the DPS?
