I am having a lot of trouble with utility companies not taking notice of communications sent to them informing them of change of occupancy details for various problems.
I have made complaints through Energywatch which have resulted in resolutions in some of the cases. In other cases, however, I cannot get to a resolution. Energywatch inform me that there is nothing they can do to force a resolution.
Has anyone used any other organisation or legal group to help them deal with utility companies.
