I have a tenant in a flat, one of six, moved in 2nd February 2019. Since moving in he has caused the long standing tenants beside and below him to complain about the noise he makes by slamming his front door (sprung fire door) and heavy footed running up and down the stairs and banging around in his flat. Complaints are constant I have a diary of dates and times one tenant has kept and itís daily. They are considering leaving even though they have been tenants for 3 and 5 years. I bought this to the tenant making the noise a week ago but nothing has changed. What advice would you give other than eviction of noise making tenant. If I do should it be section 21 or section 8 on anti social basis. Rent always paid and working tenant. Canít do nothing or Iíll lose good tenants.
