I have a guy who has only lived in country for a few months that wants one of my houses, obviously no need to credit check as he'll have no rating, he is happy to pay 6 months up front and the deposit, I will get him to sign sect 21 on move in day so feel pretty covered, Have also said to him I want a Guarantor for when his 6 months is up to cover the monthly rent and he is ok with this, do I draw the guarantor document up just stating that they become liable from the 6th month when rent is again due?
