Can someone please help me with this scenario below. The RLA have come back to me with an answer but I honestly do not believe that only two of the six bonds are subject to the TDS, it just doesn't make sense and would cause massive problems if a dispute arose. Is there anyone else out there with an answer to this?

Scenario:

6 bed house signed by all 6 tenants on the 1st February 2007 for a tenancy starting 1st July 2007. 4 of the 6 bond were received on signing. 2 remaining bonds will no be received until after the 6th April 07.

Does this mean:

a)TDS applicable to all the bonds?
b)TDS not applicable to any of the bonds?
c)TDS only applicable to 2 remaining bonds?
d)TDS organisation still do not know their arse from their elbow?

Please advise.
