I get the 5 weeks max security deposit and I get the bit about tenancy agreements being signed before the 1st June 2019 not being affected. I have tenancies coming up for renewal in the next few months and I get I have to refund part of the deposit. I also have two tenancies that started Jan and March 2019 respectively, each signing for two years. One has been a tenant for 11 years and her security deposit is now far less that a months rent but the other one will be over 5 weeks rent. Will I have to refund this at 1st June 2020 or when the two year tenancy is up for renewal in March 2021. Just don't want to get caught out! Thank-you
