Hi,
I have issued a section 8 against tenants who are currently seven months in arrears! They are friends of friends and yes I have learnt my lesson. I have waited the appropriate time and now issued the claim through the court online yesterday. The date for initial hearing has been given for TWO months time! Is there any procedure I can follow to speed this up and get the hearing any earlier as they will then be nine months in arrears?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Phil
