Our nightmare tenant left our property on the 30th March (he claims)owing 5 weeks rent and having left behind a skip full of rubish for us to shift, we received keys on 4th April. Still very pleased to have house back.

The agent has not done exit inspection nor meter readings and now 2 weeks later tells us that the tenant(his best mate)is on holiday and so he can't release the bond to us without tenant signing to agree to this. Is this true?

We think that the agent has no intention of giving us the bond back as we doubt he took one in the first place. We are reporting whole situation to NAEA.
