Back in December 2006 4 tenants of mine left my rental flat without warning, leaving behind damage &unpaid bills. The deposit wasn't enough to cover the damage and they owed rent. The are not British citizens. I know they are still in this country as I receive some mail at the flat, including bank statements &mobile phone bills.

I don't know where they now live, but I know where they work. I have a number of questions:

is it too late to sue them?

how can I find where they live?

can I sue them using their work address?

Any ideas very welcome.
