We were hounded by our council to get upgrade our property to licenceable standards ( 15,000 worth )we were then made to pay a 400 fee (in June ), but we still have no licence .
Even funnier still, we apparantly get a propsed licence first, which has to be agreed upon before the real thing . All of which they have no dates for because their swamped with applications, poor them, they bought the stupid rules in .
On a more serious note, we're trying to remortgage with a big buy-to-let lender, who wants to see a copy of our nonexsistant licence.
Has anybody else had this problem, are they having this problem and more to the point has anybody got or seen a licence.
