I used the RLA tenancy agreements and got the tenant to sign that he has not paid any deposit but 2months rent in advance. The Tenancy expired end October 2008. The tenant has not paid the rent for the month of November saying that he has already paid upfront at the time of the tenancy, he has paid for December, is that correct? Do I need to give him a new tenancy agreement at the end of old agreement to cover the month rent in advance?
