Hi RLA,

A tenant of mine who's child has caused intentional damage to three of my internal doors by kicking them in. The doors will need replacing.

Also, my tenant has confirmed that the kitchen worktop has been accidently damaged by not using a chopping board whilst cutting food.

The child who has caused intentional damage is 15 years old. Do you know if it is a punishable offensive in a tenancy, and am I able to try and charge him with criminal damage throught the Police please?

Many thanks!!
