On the contract that I gave to my tenant it started on the 13t of the month and that is when is rent is due every month. I have since let him change his rent date due to his monthly pay to the 15th but I never changed it on the contract.
What date on my notice to quit do I legally have to put as you are supposed to do it from 2 months from the due rent date?(I am giving him notice to quit as he never pays his rent on time and has owed us money since he went in the property, but I am just asking for my property back as I feel it would be quicker route than using the rent arrears for the reason.
Thank you
