ski holidays said: Posted on: 02/07/2010 00:00

I recently got out of the property market and am trying to figure out if/when to buy again.

I've had conflicting opinions advice from various professionals and many arm-chair "experts" but it seems that most of them are either trying to sell their own hopes or straight out guessing.

I'd like to take a straw poll of members here on these two key questions:

1. economically will we as a nation (a) stay flat or (b) start to climb or (c) endure a double dip reccession?

2. is the best time to buy property (a) now, (b) next year, or (c) not for the forseable future (ie too early to make buying plans)

For now I'm thinking of concentrating on our ski resort guide and forthcoming ski holidays website but I really don't want to miss the property-boat, if we are currently at the beginning of a new growth period.

All thoughts/opinions gratefully received.
