I have a couple living at one of our properties. One of the couple has phoned and advised me she has moved out leaving the outher one still there. They are still within their initial 6 months contract. She has now given me a months notice to terminate the contract. What will happen with the remaining tenant? Must he leave as well? He cant afford to stay there on his own, I just want to know what my legal rights are to getting the property back.

Kind Regards
Rachel Gabriel
