When the tenancy started the letting agents served a section 21 notice on the lead tenant , only his name is on the contract but his wife and daughter ( and possibly his son ) also live in the house . the tenancy started 25th june 2011 .
Do i need to serve another 21 notice on all the people living in the house or is the original notice sufficient.
As the lead tenant signed the s21b do i need to inform him now that we want them out at the end of the term, they would like to stay but have been problem tenants
