I have a flat in a block of three and the management fee for my property is currently over 700. I have for over 2 years been trying to attain a breakdown of costs for the management fee. I have asked for sight of invoices and receipts and other costs but as yet have not received any information regarding the management fees. I have now received a reply which states that their accounts are certified by an accountant and that is sufficient. The agents are URBANPOINT based in Surrey. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed and advice from any other members who have had dealings with this company.
