We have served the N5B and received the "Notice of Issue" from the court. We waited the required 14 days to see if the tenant would file a defence. They did not, so we returned the "Request for possession order and costs" slip to the court. This slip was retuned on 6 June 2019. Should we have received a confirmation of receipt for this slip from the court? If not, as a rule of thumb, how long does it take for the case to be passed to a judge and for judgement to be made?

Also as an aside, I can't find the address for the appropriate court for the CO7 postcode for serving an N5B on the .gov website. Does anyone know the address of the appropriate court?

Many thanks in advance
