I have allowed a tenant to move in to my property while I was away. Two days later I returned and they are refusing me to do an inventory as they are not happy with some of the paintwork. The house has had a total refurbished of £15k. I have photos from most of the house from the builders.
Do I wait for this painting to be done. It could be a couple of weeks until the painter can return or do I insist we do it now and then update it again when the painting of the woodwork has been touched up.
