For 2017-18 the report shows the bigger picture of tnt's overall satisfaction with their LL & the reasons why they DO leave the property. Also provides a national picture of 'rented housing circumstances'. Very interesting reading & perhaps worth quoting in your returns to the Gov via their survey questionnaire.

Do respond to the gov's consultation before it closes early Oct. Every voice matters colleagues. This is our chance to point out the massive imbalance between LL's & Tnt's that is so often complained about on the Forum. Tnts get away with everything it seems, whilst LL's get bitten hard.
