Some new tenants have just moved in a month ago. Since moving in they have found a bed bug problem has re-occurred. I have called the council to do a spray. The first date was not acceptable to the tenants, so its taken place today. The tenants feel I am not doing enough. I have asked them to email me rather than phone as there are four of them and the messages between tenants aren't getting through.

One of them has said that I have not done my bit and wants to take me to a small claims court for distress.

What can I do?
