Hi,
I have an HMO and the current rate paid by the Dss for one of the tenant is £220.08 every four weeks (all bills included).
Next rent is due on 27Jan20 then 24Feb20 and so on.
I want to increase the rent to £75.00 pw (all bills included).
I propose to increase the rent on 24Feb20.

1) the tenancy is an "Assured shorthand tenancy agreement - Room Only" started on 06Oct15 (never increased the rent since 06Oct15)
2) do I need a new "Assured shorthand tenancy agreement - Room Only" ?
3) on you Rent Increase form, paragraph 3, which date need to be inserted in the box?
4) on you Rent Increase form, paragraph 4, which date need to be inserted in the box?

Kind regards
Mark1961
