I am a previous member and considering letting without using a letting agency this time as funds are a bit short. (I have done previously)
I still have a unused copy of the RLA STA 2005 - is it still valid to use for a new tennant in 2008 or does the STA have to show the 2008 on the front?
I am however considering whether to renew my RLA membership.

Also, I am having trouble remortaging one of my properties because the rental which has been the same for the last two years does not add up to the mortgage which I need to re=new. Has any one else found the same trouble - any advice appreciated.
