Hi,

I've recently been granted a warrant of possession (after a 6 month process!) under Section 21 and am due for the bailiffs to arrive in approx 2 weeks time. My tenant has not left the property, and now has filed a last minute N244 application to postpone the eviction.

Are there any grounds that my tenant is likely to get a decision?

I was under the impression that S21 is unconditionally granted.

Tenant has already had the process delayed by 6 weeks in Aug/Sept by claiming that she had to go to hospital and receive surgery (no evidence was provided) - judge just ruled in her favor.

The last thing i want is more delays!
