We have had very good tennants for the past 5 years. Our only bugbear is the fact that they resist efforts to have the wooden floor cleaned and resealed. This hasn't been done for 3 years.
The tennancy is due to be renewed in the next 3 months and we would like to address this issue in the agreement. It is a RLA assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
Could we add the following ? : Have the decorative wooden floor cleaned and sealed annually on a date agreed at least 30 days in advance.Furniture to be moved by contractor or tennants.

If this is a possibility, where in the agrrement do we put this paragraph ?
