Hello
I have just let 2 of my properties through a new agent I was trying out, they were very fast in finding tenants and signed one on the 26th February and the other on the 30th February.
but to date I have not recieved any rent, I have had 3 statements that are all incorrect, and now they are not responding to my e mails, text messages or phone calls.
the is properer tenancy agreements in place and I have signed their terms document, which clearly states that I should have revieved payment by now.

how do I proceed from here

kind regards

Richard
