Hi I am in the process of letting a 3 bed house, the rent was reduced to help get a reliable working tenant as they told me in confidence that they like the house but would not like to overstretched their budget and this made me to reduce the rent.they were happy but they want to know if the rent will be increased during the period of rent which we want to go into periodic, after 6months. As such i want to prepare an addendum to say rent will be reviewed from time to time or yearly but not sure of percentage that is acceptable or legal. will really appreciate your candid advice thank you
