A tenant in a property is 495.12 on arrears. She is a HB claimant. They are finally paying her rent but not all of it. They pay 450 pcm she needs to top up 25 pcm, which she is not doing. We have had no response to any letters and her care worker does not appear to be able to do anything. To get her rent paid by HB we had to issue a new tenancy agreement which expires on 07/08/13.
A section 21 is in place already, it was issued when she signed the new agreement.
Can you tell me when is the earliest date I can apply for eviction as this situation is going to drag on please?

Many thanks

John O'Brien

A response would be most grateful as the 2 previous emails I sent RLA received no attention whatsoever.
