I have been contacted by tenant by letter (email return address only) demanding deposit in full I have replied stating it will be returned after all expenses have been deducted supplying him with the documentations concerning repairs to damages cost of replacing items cleaning etc, he has replied with no forwarding address again which I needed to send estimates and photos of damages done as proof of not returning deposit in full, within his email he states that he disputes any deductions. This is without him even seeing them. where do I go from here? the deposit is protected by TDS do I contact them or seek legal advice from you regards (1st time Dispute)
