I'm updating my tenancy agreement in regards :

1. The Landlords Address for service of Legal Documents
2. The Landlords Address for general correspondence & all other correspondence except the service of legal documents.

I have 2 separate address' to protect my home address which I do not use on my tenancy contracts / business correspondence due to having issues previously with bad tenants.

* If I wish to update all of my tenants - can I write them a general letter or do I need to serve a specific notice ? I believe it may be a Section 48 notice ?
