My tenant has reported neighbours being noisy at times till early hours or loud in the garden, swearing and arguments often. Banging noises, Many people seem to come and go and there are about 6-9 children of all ages with their friends. They sit on the garden wall of the tenants, come over the fence sometimes and toys have gone missing from the garden. Eggs have been found on the cars and they know it is the neighbours. They have even come into the front garden and peered through the window of the lounge when the tenant was there. My tenant does not wish to say anything in case it gets worse. The house is local authority owned. Difficult to pin point a constant bad problem as it is so many things but collectively it is unpleasant. Any suggestions?
