Hi,
I'm currently filling in a N5B form to evict 2 tenants from my property.
When they signed their individual AST's, my father was running the property and his name appears on the contracts as the 'Landlord'. The contracts where then signed by our agent.
I'm now running the property and was wondering if this change of 'Landlord' would cause issues in filling in s21/N5B forms.
The s21 have both my fathers, and my name on them. The certificate of service has just my name on it.
On pg2 section 4 of the N5B it asks if ' A new tenancy agreement has replaced the first tenancy agreement (which it hasn't)
Was the landlord and tenant the same people at the end of the tenancy it replaced? Not sure what to do here?
