We have given a tenant 6 months notice (the property requires upgrading to comply with LBBD's new licensing scheme) which has now expired. And now 2 months past its sell by date.

She (single woman with 2 young children) is looking to be rehoused by the local authority who have advised that there is nothing they will do until they see an eviction notice from a bailiff.

We wish to sort this amicably (she pays her rent on time) and would appreciate any advice you can provide and/or recommend a company (preferably with a ball park figure of costs) who could pursue this matter.

Many thanks
