If your not near where a RLA training course is planned then try and create a demand for one. Get 9 other landlords in your area who are interested and ask the RLA to set one up.....Or apply to be an Accredited Landlord within a Council based scheme. They have their own training schemes running throughout the country. As part of becoming an Accredited Landlord you will have to attend a development/Training day and take an evaluation test. Run 'Landlord Accrediation Scheme' through Google and see what comes up in your area.
