Hi,

We have some tenants on a 6mth AST contract (RLA Standard with Deposit Guard)who have only been in the property for 3 weeks. We clearly stated that no pets should live in the property, but the tenant has a dog and 2 cats. What are our options to insist the pets move out? I have spoken to the tenant about the dog and she assured me that it was her boyfriends and he only stays occasionally. This is not the case, the dog appears to be a full time resident, the cats were not discussed.
If the tenant still claims that she has no pets, what are our options regards breach of contract/ eviction
Thanks

Jackie
