I am renting a property at 575 per month. The tenant is giving me a deposit of 725 and also paying 6 months rent in advance. The next rent will be payable in 6 months time. Is it alright to register the 725 deposit with Deposit Guard and to keep the 6 months rent as rent paid in advance? I know there were issues with taking rent in advance instead of taking a Deposit but I assume that this does not fall into that category. Many thanks
