I am looking for advice on renewing a tenancy contract from 1st December 2015 but with a view to selling the property as early as possible after 1st March 2016 (we are subject to penalties on our fixed rate mortgage up to 28th February 2016 so don't want to sell before this).
Would it be best to do a rolling tenancy with say 2 months notice or just put in a break clause to allow us to break it with such notice and do we need to mention the potential sale in the contract?
We are planning on discussing our plans with our tenants in advance in the hope that they will renew for the foreseeable future so any advice on information to give them or agree upon would be great.
Many thanks.
