Hello guy's

I have a garden wall that is leaning at one of my properties that needs rebuilding as it's possibly unsafe.

I have asked the agency to contact the adjoining neighbors to organize a convenient time for the works. They stated that the wall is owned by me and is not their responsibility which is fine.

The builder has said to remove the wall and ruble then rebuild it will cost over 2000 as there's a need for 3 skips. But the re-build using a fence it will be 1000.

He spoke to the neighbor when he did the assessment and they are now saying it will need to be replaced with a wall again as it's a party wall?

If they aren't willing to pay half can I put up what I want?

Thanks

Ben
