I have a property where the sole tenant has left about 4 weeks ago but his boyfriend has remained and brought in a second person, with whom he is having a relationship. We did not agree to the second or third person residing at the property. The letting agent has served a s.21 notice on the tenant who has abandoned the property in that person's sole name , but they have also served a separate notice in the sole name of the second person ( I do not know why they have done this as he is not on the tenancy agreement) . The notices expire at the end of the term of the tenancy (9th April) . The rent has not been paid since the tenant left the property. What legal process do I use to evict the second and third person from the property given that they are not tenants? Help!
