My tenant has had a fall out with someone living in her street, the person she has fallen out with smashed four windows and the back door. I replaced all the windows and got all the repairs done immediately, and told the tenant to contact the police, later in the evening the same person has been out and smashed the windows again, this is a lot of expense for me to pay out am i liable to pay for the windows again or can i charge the tenant as it is a dispute between her and this other person ?
