Last week I served a section 8 in person with a witness on (housing benefit) tenants who had paid my agents no rent at all. (My first time with S8, but the agents have many cases). The tenancy is now 2 1/2 months old.
Have read your notes on fault based possession and small claims court procedures. (I've used moneyclaim before).
After the 14 days, should I submit a N5 and N119 to the local county court or can I do this through moneyclaim? Which is best?
