Is it really worth chasing tenants for Rent Arrears using Attachment of Earnings etc
Am worried about this process. Does it really work?
Any success storys out there? or am I just piling good money after bad chasing these bad tenants?
We have had some very bad tenants who just stoppped paying left the house in a tip and dissapeared! I spoke with a solicitor who has said she can arrange for a company that she has used to trace the tenants inorder to try and get back some arrears!
Any thoughts, should I go ahead.
The solicitors fees/tracing fees etc will add up to around 400 - 500 pounds.
Not sure what to do.
