I have a tenant claiming LHA who is two months in arrears totaling 1200.00, the council have been informed and suspended any future payments to the tenant. The tenant is on a periodic tenancy after the 6 month AST expired.
As all forms of communication have failed I'm left with no choice but to issue a Section 21, question is do I still need to give her two months notice to vacate the property now she is on a Periodic Tenancy?
