Advice on how to deal with late payment of rent please.
I have tenants in my flat: a joint Shorthold tenancy between the two tenants.
They are currently £475 in arrears since 25th Dec 2012, and haven't paid the rent consistently since Nov 24th 2012.
I can't afford to allow this to continue and need to address this asap.
Am I able to send them a section 8 arrears notice now on Discretionary grounds, or must I wait until they even further in arrears?
My cash-flow doesn't accommodate this kind of inconsistency, so I'd be grateful for your advice for how to proceeds asap.
