In the meantime rather than wait for a few weeks to see if the Court grants me possession (they are not paying me rent) can I serve a Section 21 (4)(a) on the tenants now to start the process again.
If so, what date do I need to serve the notice and what date will the notice expire after. The date of the tenancy (STA) was 14/08/2009 for 6 months. They have remained in the property.
