I issued a section 21 notice that expired on 25th October 2009 - after speaking to the tenant we decided he could stay longer.
Is this section 21 notice still valid - can we use it on the accelerated route ?
The original tenancy agreement is weekly from 10th July 2006 for fixed 6 month term - should the expiry date have been 26th October and not 25th - would it be better to serve a new section 21 notice?
If I used the wrong date on the original s21 what date should I use now if I serve the notice next week.
